Order: We export all over the world, directly from Bali providing door to door service!
If Ordering a full catalogue please fill in the enquiry form and specify the type of item you are interested in, because of the vast amount of items on offer to you. This would narrow the enquiry therefore giving you the correct information to make a decision.
The first step is e-mail your order or use our online enquiry form (below) and we will advise you on estimated quantities that are likely to fit in a particular container.
We will then issue a pro form a invoice and a deposit payment of 40% of the order value should be transferred. Production for a mixed container load usually takes at least six weeks and shipping times average 4 weeks from Asia to Europe.
Once the container is packed and on route we will advise on the total items in the container and issue a final invoice. This is required to be paid at this time and all necessary shipping and custom documents will be sent to the customer via courier service prior to the container arriving.
Products packed and shipped from our factory in central java to most worldwide destinations.All our containers are shipped FOB (free on board). That is ocean freight charges are paid in the destination country by the customer. All necessary documentation is arranged by Ourselves as is all customs and transport costs in Indonesia. We do not ship products by LCL (less container loads). This method of shipping takes much longer, is not cost effective and more importantly increases the risk of damage to orders due to being transferred at various stages to the destination.
