  1. How long will it take to finish my order?
    It will take 4 - 8 weeks after the order confirmation is received and whether the ordered furniture is in stock or needs to be manufactured.
  2. Are all your furniture products made from government-regulated plantation logs?
    We never use non-plantation logs or any sources which are not environmentally sustainable.
  3. What kind of finishing do you use?
    We use many kinds of finishing depending on your needs. But generally we use the standard (plain) finishing.
  4. Can you manufacture custom-designed furniture?
    Yes, we can. We welcome custom-made orders of almost any kind.
  5. Do you guarantee that your prices are competitive?
    Yes, all our already-low prices are posted on the website. It proves our commitment to both high-quality products and the lowest prices possible in the market today.
  6. Do you guarantee all of your products?
    Yes, the quality is fully guaranteed. Any defective product due to faulty production--although this is very rare--will be replaced immediately. Damage can also occur during transportation; so in this case we strongly suggest that you make careful arrangements with your shipping company.
  7. Do you have catalog / hard copy catalogue?
    Yes we do! To order this please click on the CD icon, because of the vast amount of products, our suggestion would be to request a type of furniture required so we can send you the correct information
  8. How many items will fit into 20-feet and 40-feet containers?
    A 20ft container holds 30 cubic metres. A 40ft container holds 60 cubic metres. Quantity of items will depend on the size of items that will be selected. Once you have made your selection, the volume of your order will be calculated.
  9. Can you help me with shipping arrangements?
    Yes, we have been in partnership with a professional freight forwarding company for many years. So you can rest assured that your furniture will reach your address safe and sound.
  10. How do I place an order?
    If we have answered all the queries that you may have via e-mail or phone, please complete the order form and payment details. You will then be contacted via e-mail as confirmation and be given the scheduled delivery time.
